Job Summary
The Global Sourcing Manager owns full categories and leads sourcing strategies that drive cost optimization, quality performance, and supply continuity. This role manages key suppliers, leads major negotiations, and partners cross-functionally to ensure sourcing decisions align with business, operational, and compliance requirements. The Global Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in developing category strategies and driving supplier performance.Job Location

- Develop sourcing category strategies, including cost, quality, service, and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor market trends and provide category insights.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage key suppliers and lead business reviews.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure supplier performance meets company standards.
- Negotiation & Cost Management
- Lead major negotiations for pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Own sourcing category cost models and savings pipelines.
- Support long-term cost reduction initiatives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with merchandising, procurement, transportation, quality, and compliance teams.
- Lead cross-functional category initiatives.
- Support implementation of sourcing tools and processes.
- Market & Category Insights
- Monitor global market trends, supply base shifts, and emerging sourcing opportunities.
- Provide category insights and recommendations to inform strategic planning and supplier selection.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in a global environment.
- Demonstrated success in supplier management, negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience working with international suppliers and navigating global trade, compliance, and quality requirements.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow team members while fostering a collaborative, high-accountability culture.
- Education

- Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

- Ability to address situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
- Business Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%–20% for supplier visits, business reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
