Global Sourcing Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Global Sourcing Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead strategic sourcing efforts across multiple categories, with a focus on driving value, improving procurement outcomes, and supporting enterprise-wide objectives. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage complex sourcing initiatives and strengthen category performance. You will help shape sourcing strategies that support cost discipline, process improvement, and effective vendor relationships in a dynamic real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories
• Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives
• Conduct sophisticated RFx processes for high-value procurements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional project teams through complex sourcing initiatives
• Negotiate master service agreements for enterprise-level engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience
• Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives
• Strong analytical skills in spend analysis and market research
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office suite

Compensation

$120,000 – $130,000 annually
