About the role
A Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive) is needed to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales organization. This role is ideal for a high-caliber seller who competes well in a crowded market, converts inbound interest into revenue, and generates pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Conversion
- Convert inbound, marketing-sourced, and BDR-generated leads into qualified pipeline and closed business.
- Conduct high-impact discovery sessions to diagnose customer needs and align solutions.
- Drive urgency and momentum through thoughtful follow-up, objection handling, and value articulation.
- Pipeline Development & Outbound Motion
- Maintain a self-generated motion to ensure consistent pipeline health and personal ownership.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution
- Own the complete sales process from discovery through close.
- Lead negotiations and guide prospects confidently through the buying journey using a value-selling approach.
- Forecasting & Deal Management
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility through Salesforce.
- Consistently inspect deal health and take action to de-risk and accelerate opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner tightly with Marketing to optimize lead quality, attribution, and conversion.
- Work alongside BDRs to maximize outbound effectiveness and ensure strong handoff between qualification and closing.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Customers teams for seamless deal execution.
- Performance Optimization
- Self-assess performance and seek out coaching and enablement.
- Continuously refine selling skills and business acumen.
Requirements
Experience & Sales Competency:
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven success generating 70% self sourced leads.
- Proven success converting inbound demand into revenue.
- Experience partnering with BDR teams and Marketing organizations.
- Strong ability to independently prospect and build pipeline.
Qualifications
- Expert-level discovery and consultative selling capability.
- Confident navigating C-suite and VP-level conversations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or modern CRM platforms preferred.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
