Global SOC Operator - CA DL required (D/PV)
About the role
As a SOC Operator at Securitas, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch, or Camera Monitoring. If you don’t have prior experience, this role offers an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor law enforcement radio communications and log events
- Record and analyze security incidents
- Monitor intrusion detection systems and alarms
- Provide emergency dispatch services
- Generate incident reports
- Program and manage remote alarm panels
