Global Senior Director of Drilling Services
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes responsibilities (Key Responsibilities with subpoints). It includes Required Experience & Education (that's qualifications/requirements). It includes Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (skills). It includes Preferred items (maybe also qualifications). It includes Travel Requirement (maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule; but travel requirement could be considered schedule? The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. Travel requirement is not schedule; schedule would be work hours etc. Not present. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: not mentioned. So we will have sections: About the role (maybe from Job Purpose?), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which to use. Likely we should have About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills. Since we have both Required Experience & Education and Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Could combine into Requirements and Skills. Or we could have Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills. Let's follow: About the role (Job Purpose), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications (Required Experience & Education + Preferred), Skills (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Preferred). Avoid duplication.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? That's not a section heading we need; but we could include as About the role? Actually About the role is about the job, not company. The "About Us" is company description; we could maybe include as part of About the role? But instruction: include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have "About Us" paragraph. Could we treat that as About the role? Not exactly. But we could create an "About the company" section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed. So we should not add extra headings. We could incorporate the About Us content into About the role section? Might be okay but risk of misrepresenting. However the instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely they expect we use those headings where applicable. The About Us could be considered "About the role"? Not really. But we could treat it as part of About the role (the role's context). Might be acceptable.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. So we will strip that.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
