Responsibilities
- Drives execution of annual V&I plan in collaboration with medical affairs colleagues
- Translates global scientific platforms into actionable Medical Value Narratives (MVNs)
- Acts as medical representative within Product Development sub-teams
- Collaborates closely with V&I Outcomes Research, Policy, and Market Access teams
- Bridges global strategy with local execution for key markets
- Consolidates actionable medical insights from different regions
- Engages international scientific leaders for emerging science discussions
Qualifications
- M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D. (M.D. preferred) with recognized medical expertise
- 3+ years in country/region medical affairs or clinical development
- Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities
- Effective collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
