Global Security Solutions Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Global Security Solutions Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own a multi-year business plan that connects financial targets, market opportunity sizing, and scalable execution across a complex solutions portfolio. The position will lead sales-play lifecycle management, performance cadence, and cross-functional alignment to improve revenue outcomes and operational rigor. It is a highly collaborative role with global stakeholders and a strong focus on data-driven execution, partner motions, and transformation support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Own the multi-year business plan, including financial targets and market opportunity sizing Lead the end-to-end sales play lifecycle, ensuring execution rigor and continuous optimization Run the solution area cadence, tracking performance and diagnosing gaps Define execution cadence, reporting requirements, and KPI frameworks Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to align execution and remove blockers Ensure scalability through standardization and alignment with transformation initiatives Qualifications 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a complex solution portfolio Bachelor's degree required; master's or postgraduate degree preferred Proven experience in sales-play design and lifecycle management Demonstrated commercial ownership with financial targets and revenue accountability Strong data-driven performance management skills Knowledge of partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market motions Experience in IT channel and distribution, preferably in a partner-facing role Benefits Opportunity to lead a high-impact area within a global organization Engagement with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Access to advanced training and development resources Potential for travel and international collaboration Involvement in shaping strategic initiatives and driving revenue growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
