Global Sales Planning Business Analyst
About the role
This position involves analyzing data and presenting it to business-facing audiences to influence strategy and drive results. The role is focused on business analysis and storytelling through data, rather than traditional forecasting or retail planning. This is not a technical role but sits within the Sales Planning team.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly business reviews by building content and analyzing data.
- Facilitate and drive bookings processes and related work with the global planning team.
- Aid in leadership team coordination.
- Pull and analyze data to create a compelling narrative for business leaders.
- Transform data into visual representations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate regularly with the Global Sales Planning team, Geography Sales planning teams, and the global EVP team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in planning, merchandising, or analytics roles is required.
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
- Proficiency in deck building to present data and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools or Tableau.
- Experience delivering business reviews.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs such as Retail Sales, Sell-Through, and Receipts/Bookings.
- Previous experience as a Planner or Merchant.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The role is hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursdays, and can work from home on Fridays.
