What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a capable and dynamic team, providing strong business results and driving incremental sales in the rapidly growing automotive market.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for US-based OEMs, driving sales growth, and managing a team of global account managers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.
- Manage, coach, and develop key leaders within your global account managers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
- Forecast sales and revenue, track performance against targets, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Provide regular updates on business performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvement.
- Understand the key customers' requirements such as cost, functionality, features, and other performance metrics and promote the corresponding Visteon products.
- Drive global account strategy & design wins for AI-solutions, Cockpit Electronics, Displays, Infotainment, ADAS/Autonomy, Electrification, and other Visteon offerings to customer.

What You’ll Bring
- Strategic leader with excellent communication skills able to navigate high-level complex business opportunities and build strong and collaborative relationships to engage customer's technical, commercial, and executive teams to establish strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management, or related experience.
- PREFERRED: Experience with Ford and other US-based OEMs.
- Passionate about technology innovation and business with interests and experience creating and positioning new products and services.
- Motivated, analytical, persuasive, and possess a strong technology product knowledge and business acumen with an outstanding track record in sales.
- Adept at growing sales, negotiating pricing, identifying profitable business opportunities, developing sound business deals, and demonstrating excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Inspiring, creative, and engaging, able to build an innovative culture to anticipate change, proactively consider the customer's perspective, seek out new ideas, applications, products, and solutions.
- An analytical thinker able to focus on the key drivers of a decision and think through the downstream consequences of various options. Considers implications, financial impact, strategic alignment, and influence to the customer's strategy when making decisions.
