Decision Making Responsibility

Works under minimal supervision. Exercises independent judgement. Decides the use of appropriate technology to establish the management report and analyze business situations. Assess, identify and deploy solutions to automate business reports to ensure accurate, timely and effective implementation. Liaison with regions on Strategic initiatives like Scorecard, Decision Engine, System Conversion, etc. Meet with internal and external customers to establish requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in Auto, Motorcycle, or other consumer lending preferred
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present data to Senior Management
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills, and ability to interact seamlessly with all levels of management (internal and external)
• High attention to detail
