Who we seek:We’re looking for a Global Recruiter to join our People team, reporting to the VP, People. This person will work closely with multiple hiring managers across our departments globally. Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of BigID’s success; we play a key role in attracting, developing & retaining the best talent.What you’ll do:Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the globe — understand their teams, their needs, and what "great" looks like for every roleRun full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close — across multiple time zones and marketsDesign bold, creative sourcing strategies (think: beyond job boards) that build diverse, qualified pipelines fastDrive an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to signed offer, including navigating compensation nuances across regionsManage 5+ open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ballCollaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar on hiring quality continuouslyWhat you’ll bring:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech startupProven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions and countries — you know that hiring in London, Singapore, or São Paulo each requires a different approachA creative, scrappy sourcing mindset — direct outreach, social networking, and building talent communities are your go-tosStrong communication skills that translate across cultures and time zonesComfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a high-volume environmentHands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platformsGenuine curiosity about the roles you recruit for — you dig in, you understand, you representOur Values:We look for people who embody our values - Care, Do,Try & Shine.Care - We care about our customers and each otherDo - We do what it takes to make a positive impactTry - We try our best and we don’t give upShine - We shine and make it our mission to always stand outThis is a contract opportunity with an hourly rate of $50-60/hr We’re committed to creating a culture of inclusion and equality – across race, gender, sexuality, and disability – where innovation and growth thrive, every voice is heard, and everybody belongs.
