Job Summary
The Manager, Real Estate is responsible for managing and overseeing the Real Estate transactions in your region, including direct department functions of landlord and tenant lease negotiations and lease administration; acquisitions and dispositions from contract negotiations through closing; real estate asset management; and corporate space planning.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead Jabil’s Real Estate transactions in their geographic region for all segments and functions
- Manage multiple vendors and suppliers in the Real Estate and Transaction markets
- Deliver Footprint and strategic guidance to Jabil segments on future growth and contraction
- Communicate and liaise with Jabil segments and internal stakeholders on Jabil’s footprint and Real Estate needs
- Generate / administer Real Estate lease and funding documents
- Audit and oversee accounts payable / receivable for Jabil's leased portfolio
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Management & Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Real Estate. Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of domestic and international real estate strategy, tactical execution, and lease structure agreements
- Presentation skills and proven ability to work in teams, network, multi-task, and influence others - internal and external to Jabil
- High degree of knowledge and ability to query / maintain, and analyze information databases to draw insights from the data
- Ability to prioritize and align geographically diverse and cross functional teams
- Facility with office, collaboration, and analytical software
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Finance and Real Estate preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12 years of related business experience required; in addition to:
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- 4 years of Real Estate Lease Administration experience
- 4 years of Real Estate Contract Negotiation experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $126,100 - $227,000.
Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
