About the role
The Global Quality Leader for Dispensers is responsible for supervising a team of high performing quality engineers, transforming quality practices to continually improve future outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders as well as capability partners to manage product risk pre/post launch.
Responsibilities
- Build team culture consistent with the company culture (Principle Based Management)
- Grow individual capabilities aligning Self-Actualization with opportunities to create value
- Identify resources (domestically or globally) to meet future needs
- Focus on continually improving the work product of the quality team consistent with the values of Principled Entrepreneurship and Transformation
- Pre-launch Quality: Integrate Quality as early into the Engineering/Design process as possible and debottleneck Quality workflows to accelerate progress, minimize rework, and streamline scale-up
- Post-launch Quality: Improve approaches to monitor production and improve customer service when complaints arise
- Drive investments and leverage 3rd party partnerships to build out the Quality Capability
- Accountable for driving engagement with stakeholders, developing POVs on root cause and mitigation plans, and using a data driven approach to make recommendations on managing risk for GP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in a quality role
- Experience as a supervisor of a quality team
- Demonstrated experience working effectively cross functionally and up/down the organization
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational Transformation and successfully implementing sustained change
- Able to be onsite at Neenah Technical Center 50-100% of the time
Qualifications
- Experience working with Multinational Contract Manufacturers
- Experience with manufacturing Mechanical and/or Electrical systems as well as injection molding, blow modeling, and bottle filling operations
Skills
Proficient at navigating technical (Mechanical, Electrical, Statistical) and non-technical issues (Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain) to drive a course of action.
