Global Quality Auditor

For our client, we are seeking a Global Quality Auditor to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help strengthen global quality oversight across GxP activities, with a particular focus on GCP and GVP audits. The Global Quality Auditor will assess risk, guide audit planning, and help ensure quality management practices are aligned with global regulatory expectations. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to escalate critical issues, drive CAPA management, and support continuous improvement across a global audit organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $133,500 – $192,833 annually Responsibilities Conduct GxP audits with a focus on Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) Serve as a lead auditor or co-auditor in accordance with internal audit processes Assess organizational risks and develop targeted risk-based audit agendas Support team scheduling and review or approve audit reports Escalate critical issues and risks identified during audits Approve and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) Participate in audits and collaborate with other quality audit team members Qualifications BS or BA degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; open to other degrees 5+ years of extensive experience in GxP domains, especially GCP and GVP Deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements and standards Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives Expertise in evaluating and mitigating quality risks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Eligible for employee benefit programs Potential for remote work within the US Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Involvement in high-impact projects that shape quality strategies Access to a diverse and global support network within the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
