Responsibilities
- Work across product, sales, support and marketing teams to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for new search budgets features and solutions.
- Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
- Enable the Search sales teams including the agency team through the necessary information, education and sales materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.
- Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
- Business experience using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
- Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
- Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, and deliver against goals and milestones.
- Ability to take initiative, address challenges, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
- Excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency, and communication skills.
Pay
- US: $124000 - $179000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
