About the role
Responsible for leading sales and marketing efforts to grow the company's market share in the agricultural sector. Manage a team of sales representatives and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting agriculture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles in the agricultural industry.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
