About the role
Join our dynamic team of scientists, agronomists, and sales professionals. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and present sales presentations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture or biotechnology
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
