About the role

The Global Product Management Leader will be responsible for driving innovation and strategy in the engineered and medical polymers business unit. This individual will lead product development, market analysis, and customer engagement efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company and business unit objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product development
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

• Experience in the engineered and/or medical polymers industry is preferred
