Global Product Line Manager - Modular

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Global Product Line Manager - Modular to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will guide a global modular product line with a strong focus on commercial performance, portfolio strategy, and long-range growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align innovation, operations, and financial priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence profitability, market positioning, and strategic expansion.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$176,700 – $243,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Oversee P&L for the product line, maximizing profitability and analyzing financial performance
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead M&A initiatives, including due diligence and integration planning
• Drive robust R&D efforts to establish market leadership and subject matter expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience
• Experience with electrical products
• Proven P&L management and strategic planning skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and M&A processes
• Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies
• Direct leadership experience with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of hyperscale and colocation markets preferred
