The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: - Company description: "ABOUT THE COMPANY: Gathr Outdoors..." - this is company info, could be "About the company" section - Position description: "About The Position The Global Product Compliance Manager is responsible for..." - this is "About the role" - Essential Job Functions: multiple subsections with detailed lists - Required Qualifications: list - Preferred Qualifications: list - Physical Requirements: list - Equal opportunity statement: boilerplate, should be removed I need to structure this into sections. The posting has: 1. About the company (company description) 2. About the role (position description) 3. Responsibilities (the essential job functions - these are detailed with subsections) 4. Requirements (required qualifications) 5. Preferred qualifications (preferred qualifications) 6. Physical requirements (physical requirements) The essential job functions have multiple subsections: Regulatory strategy & monitoring, Product compliance & testing, Supplier & supply chain compliance, Retailer & Customer Requirements, ESG & sustainability reporting, Risk management, incidents & recalls, Systems, training & reporting. These could be grouped under Responsibilities with sub-lists, or each could be a subheading. Since the rules say use

for section headings, and these are sub-sections of responsibilities, I could either make them

    or keep as

but that might be too many headings. The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid

for subsections. But the output should be a fragment, so I can use

for sub-sections. However, the instruction says "use

for section headings" - it doesn't say I cannot use other heading levels. I think using

    for main sections and

for sub-sections is fine. But the rules also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe I should keep the essential job functions as one "Responsibilities" section with sub-lists for each area. However, the content is very detailed and each sub-area has multiple bullet points. I could make each sub-area a separate

? That would be many sections. The example headings include "Responsibilities" as a section heading. So I'll have one "Responsibilities" section with subsections using

or just list them with bold labels and
. Since the rules say "use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose", I can present each functional area as a prose intro then a list. Let me structure: - About the company (prose) - About the role (prose) - Responsibilities (with subsections) - Requirements (required qualifications list) - Preferred qualifications (list) - Physical requirements (list) I'll omit the equal opportunity statement. Now, I need to ensure I don't include any placeholder text. The posting has specific content for all these sections. Let me write the HTML. First, "About the company" section: the company description is a paragraph. I'll put as

. "About the role": the position description paragraph. "Responsibilities": I'll create a section with subsections for each essential job function. Each subsection can have a heading (maybe

) and a list. Since the rules only specify

for section headings, but don't forbid

        , I'll use

for sub-sections. Alternatively, I could use labels and then
          . I think using

is semantic and acceptable. "Requirements": list of required qualifications. "Preferred qualifications": list. "Physical requirements": list. Now, I need to parse the content carefully.
