This role is critical in supporting business growth, resilience and innovation across regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a 35-year Global Category Strategy aligned to business and regional needs
- Lead global sourcing initiatives including RFX processes, negotiations and contract management
- Drive value through total cost of ownership, risk mitigation and supplier consolidation
- Establish and lead effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sourcing and investment decisions
- Possess coaching and support regional category managers to ensure consistent execution of global strategies
- Define and track category KPIs covering savings, service, innovation and performance
Qualifications
- 7+ Years experience in global or regional category management, with a strong track record of developing and executing procurement strategies
- Commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder, negotiation and leadership skills, and be comfortable operating in a global, matrix organization
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or postgraduate qualification (desirable)
- Deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management
- Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into tangible business outcomes
Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $109,600 to $139,700 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Company believes in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
