Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RPA workflows using top-tier platforms
• Analyze cross-functional business processes for automation opportunities
• Lead quality assurance and testing of automation solutions
• Deploy bots in compliance with IT governance standards
• Monitor and improve existing RPA solutions
• Ensure RPA solutions comply with cybersecurity policies
• Develop training materials and guide junior developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5-7+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
• Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent for bot management
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or.NET
• Familiarity with APIs and relational databases (SQL)
• Experience automating processes in Supply Chain or Manufacturing contexts
