About the role

This role involves processes related to manufacturing. Influences approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or affected organizational unit and the way of working. Roles and responsibilities

  • Fabrication technical tasks, where a 4-year degree is not required. Primarily tactical tasks. This does not include general administrative duties.
  • Development of expertise in one's discipline.
  • Serves as a resource for proven procedures and quality.
  • Has knowledge of the latest technological developments in one's field.
  • Contributes to strategy and policy development and ensures implementation within the responsibility area.
  • Has extensive knowledge of best practices and the integration of one's area into other areas; has extensive knowledge of competition and factors that distinguish the company on the market.
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or handle moderately complex tasks or problems in the areas of operations/manufacturing management, fabrication, technology, or construction.
  • Considers existing solutions from a new perspective.
  • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside one's function to make decisions.
  • Serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Grundqualifikationen

This role requires extensive experience. The level of knowledge is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Desired qualities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven social skills and leadership qualities. Proven ability to analyze and solve problems. Proven ability to lead programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Documented project management skills. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
