Global Nephrology Resident
About the role
DaVita is seeking a Global Nephrology Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis center. You will build long-term relationships with patients and their families, delivering specialized, complex care in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, managing multiple co-morbidities.
- Work closely with technicians, other nurses, dietitians, social workers, and physicians to provide comprehensive care.
- Oversee patient observations, measurements, and machine set-up under the guidance of PCTs.
- Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or equivalent experience.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis RN experience.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg units is preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Previous experience in Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, or Home Hemodialysis (HHD).
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.

Schedule
Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, 3-4 days/week. Schedule times vary by locations but are usually early morning or days shifts. Some holidays are required.
