Global Mobility M&A FDD Senior Consultant
Job Summary
The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team provides comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services in areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. We work closely with clients throughout their transformational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting transaction strategy, diligence, integration, and separation engagements for corporate and private equity clients
- Analyzing financial, operational, and market data to inform transaction decisions and growth strategies
- Developing business cases, synergy assessments, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives
- Creating client-ready presentations, models, and work products for executive and stakeholder discussions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track milestones, and support execution across the transaction lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of US GAAP Accounting experience
- Willingness and ability to accommodate unpredictable and last minute travel
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Qualifications
- Masters in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
- CPA, CA certification preferred
- Audit experience with large public accounting firm preferred

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700-$207,800.
