Global Mobility and Immigration Program Lead
How You'll Make an Impact
- Build the program. Serve as the subject matter expert for Klaviyo on all things mobility and immigration. Partner with leadership to design the program and advise on best practices — understanding risk and balancing compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures — while providing a remarkable experience for all Klaviyos.
- Own immigration end to end. Drive U.S. visa petitions from kickoff to approval. Act as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and Klaviyo teammates. Stay current on federal, state, and local HR and compensation laws. Handle time-sensitive documentation and data across various processes.
- Keep things moving. Monitor the evolving immigration landscape and track relevant updates for the employee base so that work statuses stay compliant — and, more importantly, to get ahead of questions teammates will inevitably have. Weigh risks, shape strategy for each case, and communicate with the employee population about what changes mean for them.
- Manage vendors. Partner with relocation and service providers to deliver a smooth move for employees and their families. Be the go-to person teammates trust during a big move.
- Use mobility to grow our people. Develop a process for U.S. and international assignments with career development as the north star. Help teammates stretch into new roles and markets, bring those skills back, and give the business a deeper global bench.

- 8+ years in corporate immigration and/or global mobility; corporate relocation experience is a plus.
- Understanding of the tax side of mobility and employment sufficient to spot issues early.

- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving, scrappy environment; moves quickly without cutting corners on accuracy or data integrity.
- Strong project, program, and vendor manager who prioritizes well and delegates when appropriate.
- Customer-service orientation — you like making people’s lives easier, even when the situation is stressful.
- Handling of sensitive information with discretion, tact, and integrity.
