Global Market Development Manager, Antibodies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans through product portfolio positioning, analysis of customer segments, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong focus on paid and organic digital strategy, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Build engaging content in various formats (email, social media, video, events, webinars) to boost brand awareness, consideration, and purchasing preference
  • Lead participation in key industry and company-organized conferences, webinars, and virtual events, showcasing Antibody products, services, and data
  • Collaborate with regional marketing to develop and implement marketing programs tailored to geographic regions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer insights and market opportunities into data and content reinforcing value propositions
  • Manage marketing budget to align with the annual operating plan

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in life science product marketing or related fields, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Understanding of research workflows and exposure to biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic markets
  • Proven experience in developing digital marketing initiatives, including content for webpages, display advertising, SEM/SEO, social media, video, and automation
  • Strong understanding of online ordering and eCommerce
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, marketing mix, audience segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and marketing program execution
  • Proven product commercialization experience with go-to-market strategy development and execution
  • Strong track record in organic digital marketing strategy and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Cell Biology, related life science category, or business/marketing specialization
  • Preferred experience with antibodies in previous scientific roles

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global organization
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and driving continuous improvement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$137,000.00.
  • This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
