About the Role

We're building learning experiences that connect creativity, technology, and human growth. As a Global Learning Programs Specialist, you'll help bring these experiences to life — supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of global learning programs that reach thousands of employees across Publicis Groupe. You'll work alongside the Director, Global Learning Architecture & Programs and collaborate across functions — from content and platform teams to HR and agency partners — to ensure every learning experience runs seamlessly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends project management, creative coordination, and global collaboration. It's ideal for someone who loves organizing big ideas into real results and wants to grow in a creative, future-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and logistics for global learning programs — scheduling, invitations, pre-reads, live session management, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate across teams, time zones, and vendors to ensure flawless program delivery.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on course.
  • Manage participant communications, surveys, and program materials.
  • Assist in creating presentation decks, learning materials, and digital content for global programs.
  • Help adapt learning content for different regions, audiences, and modalities.
  • Partner with the Learning Platforms and Comms teams to ensure all materials align with global standards and branding.
  • Support collection and analysis of participant feedback, attendance, and engagement metrics.
  • Help turn insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Research new learning tools, platforms, and facilitation methods.
  • Support pilots and experimentation — helping to test and launch new learning formats and technologies.
  • Bring curiosity and creative thinking to how learning can be more engaging and accessible.
  • Work closely with the Director, Global Learning Architecture & Programs and cross-functional teams in Content, Platforms, and Comms.
  • Partner with global and regional HR and L&D colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and local alignment.
  • Help maintain a central source of truth for learning calendars, templates, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in learning & development, project coordination, or program management — ideally in a global, creative, or fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides; experience with LMS tools (SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, or similar) a plus.
  • Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and functions in a matrixed organization.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools that can enhance learning and workflow.
  • A genuine passion for helping people learn, grow, and do their best work.

Pay

$70,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.

  • Medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off (for regular roles).
