- SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
- SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
- Application Onboarding and support
- Lifecycle Management
- PAM Integration
- Account Creation and onboarding
- Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
- Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
- Effort estimation & project planning
- Directing development resources assigned
- Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
- Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem‑solving
- Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow‑up)
- Cross‑functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App
