Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Managing Director

About the role

This leader will own the global talent acquisition function, shaping a scalable hiring strategy that supports growth across a fast-moving enterprise technology environment. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs, improve recruiting effectiveness, and ensure hiring practices align with the organization's culture and business priorities. This position will also oversee recruiter development, budget management, and process enhancements that strengthen reporting, efficiency, and candidate diversity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global talent acquisition strategy
• Proactively identify hiring needs across the organization
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to enhance performance
• Manage the recruitment team's annual hiring plan and budget execution
• Promote and reinforce direct hiring strategies to attract diverse candidates
• Drive changes in hiring practices while respecting company culture
• Engage with leadership to understand business needs for talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in in-house and recruitment firm strategies
• Experience in global, fast-paced organizations with a strong recruitment track record
• Proficient in managing recruitment data for accurate reporting
• History of enhancing talent acquisition functions through effective processes and technologies
• Proven leader in scaling teams for hyper-growth and promoting workplace diversity

Pay

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually
