Key Requirements

  • Lead the company's global people strategy across the United States, United Kingdom, and India.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with global responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across U.S., India, and preferably Europe/UK.
  • Strong knowledge of international employment laws, compliance, and workforce regulations.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations and scaling teams globally.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Experience implementing performance management, compensation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
  • Experience managing HR infrastructure, governance, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in distributed or remote-first organizations.
  • Background in technology, IT services, or offshore delivery organizations.
  • Familiarity with global payroll and workforce platforms such as Deel, Remote, or ADP.
  • Experience implementing HRIS platforms such as Workday or Bamboo.
  • Experience managing external HR vendors, EORs, and global recruiting partners.
  • Strong data-driven approach to HR analytics and reporting.
  • Experience building scalable HR processes across multiple international regions.

Manage core accounting operations and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, financial analysis, and management reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting systems and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting audits, reporting, and financial documentation.
  • Understanding of revenue, expense, and cost accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA certification or progress toward CPA.
  • Experience in startup, tech, telecom, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with IFRS and US GAAP conversion processes.
  • International accounting exposure—especially supporting India and/or UK entities or teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience with accounting and compliance in India and/or the United Kingdom.
  • Background in technology, services, or globally distributed organizations.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms).
  • Experience in companies scaling from ~50 to 250+ employees.
