Global Head of Human Resources

- Employee Relations & Investigations: Serve as the escalation point for employee‑relations matters and workplace conflict. Oversee investigations involving misconduct, grievances, or policy violations. Manage restructurings, reductions in force, and other sensitive organizational changes.
- Policy & HR Documentation: Maintain and modernize HR policies, handbooks, and templates across jurisdictions. Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of employee records. Develop and update workplace policies and codes of conduct.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations. Monitor regulatory changes and adjust organizational practices accordingly. Partner with legal resources on matters involving employment‑law risk.
- Professional Development & Role‑Specific Requirements: Support professional‑development programs and advancement processes. Coordinate training initiatives and integration programs for new hires. Partner with department leaders on career progression and workforce planning.
- International HR Oversight: Provide strategic direction for HR operations outside the U.S. Coordinate with external advisors on statutory obligations, mobility programs, and cross‑border employment matters. Ensure consistency and compliance across international offices.
