Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the vertical growth strategy
- Lead organizational alignment across a matrixed global team
- Define and communicate the AI vertical strategy and GTM direction
- Own the vertical P&L narrative and bookings performance
- Create a strong vertical pipeline through solution-led motions
- Build and develop customer relationships that generate demand
- Lead executive-level engagements and competitive escalations
- Influence investment decisions across a matrixed organization
- Translate market trends into actionable GTM plays
- Drive vertical QBRs and pipeline health reviews
- Coach the vertical team and GEO sellers
- Collaborate with Alliance and Channel teams for co-sell value
- Travel >30% for customer-facing engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in vertical Business
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or go-to-market experience
- 5+ years in senior roles within the Financial Services market
- Proven experience in the Financial Services ecosystem
- Demonstrated track record of owning revenue targets and building scalable vertical sales strategies
- In-depth understanding of Financial Services industry regulations and technology priorities
- Experience in leading cross-functional, matrixed organizations without direct authority
