About the role
We are seeking a Global Head of Corporate Philanthropy & Impact to lead the company's giving, community investment, and social-impact strategy worldwide. You will own the philanthropic portfolio, build the frameworks to measure impact, and connect giving strategy to the company's broader purpose.
Responsibilities
- Own the global corporate philanthropy and social-impact strategy.
- Build and manage the company's philanthropic giving and grant-making portfolio.
- Lead community investment programs and nonprofit partnerships.
- Build frameworks to measure and report social and environmental impact.
- Lead employee volunteering and giving programs enterprise-wide.
- Partner with the CEO and board on philanthropic strategy and reporting.
Requirements
- 12+ years in corporate philanthropy, social impact, or nonprofit leadership.
- Proven track record building measurable philanthropic and impact programs.
- Deep experience in grant-making, community investment, and nonprofit partnerships.
- Experience building and leading philanthropy or social-impact organizations.
- Ability to set impact strategy and make portfolio trade-offs.
- Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading philanthropic strategy across multiple regions.
- Experience integrating philanthropy into broader ESG and sustainability strategy.
- Experience leading a corporate foundation or grant-making entity.
- Philanthropy or impact leadership in the client's markets.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $400,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
