About the role
The Global Group Transportation Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts. This role requires a proven leader with experience managing end-to-end global logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence, support complex global logistics initiatives, and deliver executive-level insights to leadership.
- Manage the overall financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts.
- Ensure that financial, employee, safety, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience required.
- Five (5) years or more in relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
- Five (5) years or more in managing, leading and developing direct reports.
- Three (3) years or more in demonstrating experience in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills.
- Three (3) years or more in leading teams in a LEAN work environment.
- Three (3) years or more in Profit & Loss responsibility.
- One (1) year or more in managing customer KPIs.
- One (1) year or more in some sales experience.
- One (1) year or more in some multi-client experience.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Related field, Preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of RD/Logistics/Transportation industry, Ryder Safety Programs, Ryder Financial Reporting and accounting procedures (Walker), Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office), Advanced RD2000 computer system, Advanced Ryder products & services, Advanced Ryder sales process, Advanced Ryder pricing models, Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office).
- Flexible to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Required Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Required Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Required Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$95,000 - $105,000 per year based on experience.

Shift 1st: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm (flexible)
