Global Financial Analyst
About the role
This role is responsible for leading financial consolidation, process alignment and improvement, and reporting and analysis across the global business for Working capital & Operations SG&A. This individual will be a key member of the Operations Finance team, interacting with Manufacturing, Procurement and the Supply Chain Finance teams. The analyst will take a lead role in driving data effectiveness, ensure adequate forecasting and planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Working Capital Management
- Monitor and analyze key working capital metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
- Support development and execution of working capital improvement initiatives
- Support automation and digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze payment terms and vendor performance
- Identify opportunities to optimize cash outflows while maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Support implementation of standardized payment practices
- Accounts Payable Optimization (Working with Procurement Teams)
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels
- Analyze DIO and across BU’s and recommend actions
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights
- Weekly Reporting of WC components
- SG&A
- Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Track & Analyze actuals
- Partner with functional leaders to develop accurate expense forecasts and provide insights into cost drivers
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Critical thinking and strategic mindset
- Strong Influencing and leadership skills
- Presentation Skills (Oral and Written / PPT)
- Process Digitization
- Ability to work with a multicultural team in different time zones
- Strong Team player
- Demonstrated ability to meet work and project deadlines producing high quality output
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables

- Base Pay Range: $52,400 - $76,780
