We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job description includes "Job Description" paragraph, then "Job Responsibilities" list, then "Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills", then "Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills", then "ABOUT US", then "About The Team". We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "ABOUT US" maybe? It's not a required heading but we could include as "About the company" maybe not needed. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need sections for Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting does not mention Pay or Schedule specifics, only generic "competitive total rewards package" but no specifics. So we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections because they are not specific. Benefits: they mention benefits list: comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more. That's specific enough to create a Benefits section. We also need About the role? The initial paragraph under "Job Description" could be considered About the role. We'll make a section with heading

About the role

and put that paragraph in

. Responsibilities: list items under "Job Responsibilities". We'll create

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each bullet. Required Qualifications: heading maybe

    Required Qualifications

    or

    Qualifications

. The instruction list includes Qualifications as a possible heading. We'll use

    Qualifications

for required qualifications. Then list items. Preferred Qualifications: maybe

    Preferred Qualifications

    or

    Skills

. Since they have skills list, we could combine. But we have a separate Skills heading possible. However we have both required and preferred qualifications; we could put required under Qualifications, preferred under Preferred Qualifications (or Skills). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have Qualifications and Skills separate. We could put required qualifications under Qualifications, and preferred qualifications under Skills (since they are more like skills). But the preferred qualifications list includes professional accounting qualification, experience in analytical reviews, etc. Those are qualifications/skills. We'll put them under Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We must not include About US or About The Team as they are not in the heading list; but they contain substantive info about company. However instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content for it, and we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The company description could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could incorporate that into About the role paragraph? The initial job description paragraph already covers role. The "ABOUT US" and "About The Team" are generic company overview; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but still generic. Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about the firm. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those. It's company overview. Might be okay to keep but we don't have a heading for it. Could we add a section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings list but maybe we could still use

    About the company

    ? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. So we could add other headings if needed. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding another section may be okay. However we already have About the role; we could merge company overview into About the role? Might be redundant. Given the instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we should keep company overview. Let's add a section

    About the company

with the paragraphs from ABOUT US and About The Team combined. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML. We need to extract bullet points exactly. Job Responsibilities bullet list (the text after "Job Responsibilities"): It's a long paragraph with sentences separated by hyphens? Actually it's a list of responsibilities each starting with a verb and separated by "-". We need to split into separate
  • items. Let's parse: "Focus on capital allocation frameworks and methodology for Commercial Investment Bank including the following:" Then after colon, list: - Help drive consistency in financial resource allocations and business incentives across the firm, product segment, regional, and client levels - considering the interaction of regulatory and economic risk constraints at various levels. - Help in the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of CIB capital framework - including aggregation of data for pro forma analyses, preparation of materials for Lines of Business (LOB) syndication related to new initiatives, and real-time review of new business/trade opportunities - Assist in routine and ad-hoc reviews of business-level returns on capital-consuming activities – as measured through Return of Equity (ROE) and returns on other individual resource constraints (e.g. GSIB, liquidity, etc.) - Develop understanding of current and future regulatory rule changes (e.g. Basel 3 Endgame globally, capital reform advocacy in the U.S., Federal Reserve stress testing regime and related effects on firmwide capitalization decisions, etc.) - understand the potential impacts on CIB, evaluate mitigation strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert for reporting inquiries (quarterly earnings prep, Investor Day, executive reviews, etc.). - Partner with internal stakeholders (Planning & Analysis, Lines of Business, Finance, Risk, and Technology) to support and improve business tools - providing real time insight on total client value and business returns, and socializing impacts on performance measurement to end users and senior leadership - Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and increase foundational knowledge of CIB businesses and operating environment as responsibilities progressively increase - Oversee operational forecasting and budgeting tasks for certain CIB financial elements on a monthly and quarterly basis, including collection of stakeholder inputs, processing, management reporting, and routine variance analytics for items within scope of expertise (e.g. common and preferred equity allocations, associated funds transfer pricing and dividends, etc.) - Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible We need to keep each as
  • . Ensure we keep the content exactly. Now Required Qualifications bullet list: "Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature" "5+ years of work experience, in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background" "Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint." "Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and AI tools - and other Data reporting/visualization tools." "Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets" "Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly" "Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines - with excellent time management/prioritization skills" "Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams" Now Preferred Qualifications bullet list: "Professional accounting or financial qualification a plus (e.g. CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA)" "Experience in analytical reviews and presentation of business performance" "Previous experience in a finance or planning role in banking or financial services" "Strong fundamental understanding of bank profitability, key drivers of risk and return, and the impact of external trends or industry regulation" "Experience with financial resource management in a bank treasury environment, supporting different CIB products (Banking and Markets)" "Knowledge of U.S. implementations of Basel regulatory capital rules a plus (e.g. leverage requirements, Risk- weighted assets, Global Systemically Important Bank surcharge (GSIB), Stress Capital Buffer (SCB), Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR), etc.)" Now Benefits paragraph: "We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more." We need Benefits section with list of benefits. The benefits list is after "These benefits include". We'll extract list items: comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more. We'll make
    • for each. Now About the company: combine ABOUT US and About The Team paragraphs. ABOUT US: "JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands. Our history spans over 200 years and today we are a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing and asset management." About The Team: "J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank is a global leader across banking, markets, securities services and payments. Corporations, governments and institutions throughout the world entrust us with their business in more than 100 countries. The Commercial & Investment Bank provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk and extends liquidity in markets around the world." We'll combine into maybe two paragraphs. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
