Main Accountabilities

  • Deliver consolidated field quality performance KPIs and reporting, including months in service quality indicators, total warranty spend and issue trends across all regions, plants, and products.
  • Ensure standardized reporting and analytics to ensure consistent visibility and interpretation of performance globally.
  • Identify clear performance drivers, isolating key contributors by region, plant, product and subsystem.
  • Provide actionable insight explaining performance evolution, including what changed, why performance is improving or deteriorating, and expected impact.
  • Develop and maintain a single, aligned global performance narrative used across all governance and leadership forums.
  • Lead and coordinate global performance governance, including weekly KPI reviews, Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT) monthly reviews, Board of Directors reporting, and ensuring performance reporting provides clear visibility on execution gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytics, reporting tools, and governance processes, improving clarity, efficiency, and decision-making over time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or a related technical or quantitative discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with data in a quality or operational analytics environment
  • Strong experience in automotive field quality, warranty, or performance analytics
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, gaps and key performance drivers, translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience working across multiple regions or functions, with the ability to align and challenge stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, able to present clear, fact-based performance narratives and drive discussions with senior leaders
  • High level of judgment, credibility, and leadership presence, capable of influencing decisions, challenging performance gaps, and operating effectively in high-visibility governance forums

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational experience leading quality in engineering or manufacturing quality
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
