Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in leading engineering and delivery organizations, preferably in automotive
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Experience with customer and product-based development in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated success in cultural transformation across geographically diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen related to program profitability and adherence to KPIs
