Global Distributor Portfolio Lead

Job Description

The Global DI Portfolio Lead is responsible for defining how Distribution drives growth globally by translating strategic priorities into repeatable execution frameworks. This role ensures that global DI strategies are clearly articulated and consistently adopted across regions. You will act as the primary bridge between global direction and regional activation, enabling structured engagement with distributor partners and driving alignment to growth plays. You will work hybrid from any of Rockwell Automation's business locations in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define global distributors portfolio priorities aligned to growth opportunities and strategic plays
• Design repeatable distributor engagement models supporting installed base expansion and portfolio attachment
• Enable regions with clear frameworks, partner focus, and activation guidance
• Act as the primary interface between global distributors strategy and regional execution teams
• Drive alignment with Strategic Distributors Leaders on top-tier distributor priorities
• Monitor adoption and provide structured feedback to refine frameworks and approach

Essentials

• You Will Have
• A Business Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• You Might Also Have
• 8+ years in industrial distribution or partner ecosystem roles
• Experience in channel sales, distributor management, or partner strategy
• A strong understanding of global go-to-market and channel models
• Experience working across regions and influencing execution teams
