Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level leadership and direction to manufacturing and engineering in a global Chemicals Business Unit
- Manage multiple global manufacturing sites and ensure readiness for new products and custom orders
- Develop and implement capital projects aimed at improving efficiency, product quality, and safety
- Ensure technical consistency and optimize profitability through process techniques and plant maintenance
- Lead change management initiatives ensuring successful adoption of new operating models and technologies
- Drive productivity improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
- Champion EHS excellence and maintain a strong safety culture across all manufacturing sites
Qualifications
- BS degree in a technical field, preferably in chemical engineering
- 5-10 years of US and global Plant Management experience across multiple sites
- Expertise in employee and labor relations in both unionized and non-unionized environments
- Strong chemical process knowledge with a focus on production operations
- Proven experience in developing diverse talent and collaborative team-building skills
- Financial acumen to analyze reports and understand cost methodologies
Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
