Global Director, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and direction to manufacturing and engineering in a global Chemicals Business Unit
• Manage multiple global manufacturing sites and ensure readiness for new products and custom orders
• Develop and implement capital projects aimed at improving efficiency, product quality, and safety
• Ensure technical consistency and optimize profitability through process techniques and plant maintenance
• Lead change management initiatives ensuring successful adoption of new operating models and technologies
• Drive productivity improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices
• Champion EHS excellence and maintain a strong safety culture across all manufacturing sites

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field, preferably in chemical engineering
• 5-10 years of US and global Plant Management experience across multiple sites
• Expertise in employee and labor relations in both unionized and non-unionized environments
• Strong chemical process knowledge with a focus on production operations
• Proven experience in developing diverse talent and collaborative team-building skills
• Financial acumen to analyze reports and understand cost methodologies

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
