Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Global Development Operations transformation initiatives
- Own the delivery and implementation of assigned projects end-to-end
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose sustainable clinical trial solutions
- Ensure the integration of transformation efforts with new technologies and digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and manage interdependencies
- Monitor progress, develop KPIs, and assess impacts of transformation initiatives
- Conduct project scoping, strategy definition, and guide project completion
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in transformation initiatives, or 7 years with a Master's, or 9 years with a Bachelor's
- Proven track record of implementing digital technologies to enhance clinical operations
- Knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience in a highly matrixed global organization featuring cross-functional influence
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and KPI development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
