This role is hybrid for NYC or Boston. All other locations are not being considered at this time.

About GitGuardian

GitGuardian is a global cybersecurity scale-up. The company is based in Paris, New York City, and Boston. Among our early investors who saw our market value proposition are the co-founder of GitHub, Scott Chacon, along with Solomon Hykes, Docker's co-founder. American and European top-tier VC firms have also invested in GitGuardian, who raised its Series C early 2026. GitGuardian helps enterprises close credential-based breach paths. It finds secrets wherever they live, prioritizes remediation based on rich context, and prevents new exposure across code, systems, and AI. The GitGuardian platform is already used by more than 600K developers worldwide and by 50 of the Fortune 500.

About Your Team And Your Mission

This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the center of GitGuardian's pipeline engine. You'll sit within the Revenue Marketing team, working directly alongside the Demand Generation leadership, the VP of GTM based in New York, and the BDR team to turn market interest into qualified pipeline. GitGuardian operates internationally. North America is our largest market, and we also have strong traction in western and northern Europe. Your work will span both geographies — building programs that reach enterprise security buyers wherever they are.

This is not a program management role. You'll be expected to own campaigns end-to-end: build them, launch them, measure them, and improve them. You'll be close to the data and close to the revenue motion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid digital (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), content syndication, webinars, and outbound email programs.
  • Own campaign performance: track spend efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; iterate quickly based on what the data tells you.
  • Manage paid media budgets at the campaign level — optimize bids, audiences, and creative to hit CAC and pipeline targets.
  • Build and execute ABM programs targeting F500 and mid-market enterprise accounts, in close coordination with Sales and RevOps.
  • Develop account lists, targeting logic, and personalized messaging for named account campaigns across key verticals.
  • Measure ABM program impact on account engagement, pipeline creation, and deal velocity.
  • Design and manage lead nurture flows that keep prospects engaged from first touch to SQL.
  • Define handoff criteria and SLAs with the BDR team; ensure marketing-sourced leads are qualified and followed up effectively.
  • Continuously improve lead scoring and segmentation to increase conversion across the funnel.
  • Own your pipeline number: report weekly and quarterly on campaign performance, channel efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
  • Surface insights from campaign data to inform future investment decisions and share learnings with the broader marketing team.

Requirements

Here's what we consider essential for success in this role:

  • Solid B2B marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven, hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic) — you've managed budgets, tested creative, and optimized for pipeline, not just clicks.
  • Experience executing ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts — you understand the difference between account engagement and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) — you build and manage workflows, not just use them.
  • Data-driven mindset: you're comfortable in a spreadsheet, know how to attribute pipeline to campaigns, and can explain what's working and what isn't.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and BDR teams — you've aligned on lead definitions, SLAs, and qualification criteria.
  • Background in cybersecurity or a closely adjacent technical category (developer tools, cloud security, DevOps, IAM).

Skills

The following skills would strengthen your application but aren't required:

  • Experience with intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) and how to activate signals in campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the AppSec or IAM tooling landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tooling (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment and sequencing stacks).
  • Experience running content syndication programs and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Prior experience at a company scaling to $50M–$100M ARR in the enterprise market.

Benefits

  • 25 days of PTO (employees are strongly encouraged to use all of it).
  • 10 public holidays.
  • Health, Dental & Vision insurance (80% coverage), for individuals and their families.
  • Short-term & long-term disability insurance (100% paid).
  • Travel policy including to our annual off-sites ('23 was South of France!).
  • Up to $300 towards your home office set-up.
  • Monthly remote work stipend of $70.
  • Complimentary access to Talk Space.
  • Referral bonus of $4,000 for any new Guardians we might hire thanks to you.
  • Pre-tax commuter plan access.
  • 401(k) with Empower - 3% match.

Pay

The salary range for this position is expected to be $140,000-$160,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and other qualifications. Additional compensation may include equity and/or other benefits.
