About the role

As an experienced Global SAP Delivery Manager, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join a team of strategic advisers and architects, leveraging your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery for global clients and oversee teams across multiple deployments.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize workloads, productivity goals, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Finance matters, collaborating with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate leadership meetings with client business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the SME for SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO), providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Architect and deliver custom solutions for unique industry requirements, such as batch-wise cost capture and accelerated business process reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of measurable business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Publish and communicate KPIs and project status to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Finance.
  • Proven experience in the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Pay

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Illinois, a reasonable estimate of the current compensation range is $145,000 to $175,000.
