GLOBAL CONTROLLER | PE-BACKED SAAS – REMOTE $175 - $200K, plus bonus and equity A growing PE-backed global SaaS company is seeking a Global Controller to lead its accounting organization and help scale the finance function The Role Lead and develop the accounting team across Accounting, Billing and AR/Collections Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close across U.S. and international entities Lead consolidated financial reporting, multi-currency accounting and intercompany eliminations Own ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription/SaaS revenue and deferred revenue Lead the annual audit and oversee accounting policies and internal controls Partner with the CFO on Board, PE sponsor and lender reporting Drive systems, process and close improvements Support potential M&A and post-acquisition integration Help evaluate and ultimately upgrade the company's current accounting/ERP environment Ideal Profile 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong SaaS/software industry experience required Controller or Assistant Controller-level experience, ideally within a middle-market environment Hands-on ASC 606 and subscription revenue experience Multi-entity/global accounting experience Proven experience leading the close and external audit ERP implementation or systems transformation experience a plus PE-backed and M&A experience a strong plus CPA preferred Hands-on leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to the details Excellent opportunity to join a PE-backed SaaS company with global operations and play a key role in building a scalable accounting organization.
