What Will You Do?

  • Oversee global month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable financial controls and operational processes to support continued international growth
  • Drive standardization of accounting policies and procedures across global entities
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies
  • Enhance ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial workflows to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members across multiple geographies
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records, policies, and internal procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, legal, operations, and business leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

  • The perfect candidate will have broad experience in accounting/finance with priority given to those that have significant experience in tax planning (corporate, personal, transfer pricing, etc.).
  • To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
    • Only Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones will be considered

Experience:

  • 10+ years combined experience accounting and financial reporting in a global, multi-company environment
  • Strong working experience with GAAP and technical accounting principles, laws, and regulations; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulations
  • Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, conscientious and industrious, with the ability to handle changing priorities and tight time frames
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information
  • CFP® or CPA Preferred

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in public accounting
  • ERP/systems (Acumatica, Oracle, Zip, etc)
