What Will You Do?
- Oversee global month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable financial controls and operational processes to support continued international growth
- Drive standardization of accounting policies and procedures across global entities
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies
- Enhance ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial workflows to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members across multiple geographies
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records, policies, and internal procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, legal, operations, and business leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

- The perfect candidate will have broad experience in accounting/finance with priority given to those that have significant experience in tax planning (corporate, personal, transfer pricing, etc.).
- To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Only Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones will be considered
Experience:
- 10+ years combined experience accounting and financial reporting in a global, multi-company environment
- Strong working experience with GAAP and technical accounting principles, laws, and regulations; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new regulations
- Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
- Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners
- Detail-oriented, analytical, conscientious and industrious, with the ability to handle changing priorities and tight time frames
- Extensive project management experience
- Proven ability to maintain confidential information
- CFP® or CPA Preferred
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in public accounting
- ERP/systems (Acumatica, Oracle, Zip, etc)
