About the role
The Deloitte Global Culture & Enablement team works to deliver a cohesive communications strategy and narrative to build connection to the Deloitte Global purpose, priorities, and performance. This includes increasing employee awareness, understanding, performance, and engagement; providing guidance to leaders on internal and external eminence strategy; and fostering alignment across the ~10,000 Deloitte Global professionals by sharing the right messages with the right audiences at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and disseminate communications to a diverse audience of global professionals, on behalf of leadership across the Deloitte Global Businesses/Functions.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
- Support live, virtual events with pre- and post-event communications, talking points, presentations and logistics.
- Build/refresh recurring content templates (newsletters, announcements, toolkits) to improve speed and consistency.
- Proofread/copyedit for clarity, tone, brand voice, accessibility, and style-guide and risk compliance.
- Track progress of communications campaigns through monthly and quarterly metrics reporting.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly publications that the Culture & Enablement team produces on behalf of P&O.
- Support change management and engagement projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, Journalism background preferred.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in communicating across various types of media, Strong Interpersonal Skills-experience With C-suite Leaders Preferred, Experience with crafting communications in alignment with strategy, Experience managing and maintaining a communications plan, Experience creating speaking points and messaging for executive-level leaders preferred.
- Skills & Certifications: Technical: MS0365; SharePoint Knowledge of AP and/or Chicago style preferred, Professional: Strong oral and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to write for a business audience, Commitment to effective cross-cultural, inclusive mindset and behaviors.
