We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About PROENERGY (company description) maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. The posting includes Position Summary, Position Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, also mentions benefits in "Our Philosophy" section: competitive pay, excellent benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/Disability Insurance at minimal cost to the employee, 10 paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K plan. Also mentions work location and remote options. No explicit Pay amount or schedule. So we can include Benefits section with that info. Also maybe "Qualifications" section for Required Qualifications. "Responsibilities" for Position Responsibilities. "About the role" could be Position Summary. "Skills" maybe not explicit; we could omit if not specific. "Pay" not specific (no amount not given) so we should not include Pay section. "Schedule" not given. So we output sections: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Also maybe "Work Location" could be part of About the role? But we can include as a paragraph within About the role or separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create headings for those we have content. Use

. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. We must drop the EEO paragraph at end. Also drop navigation etc. Also drop "About PROENERGY" maybe considered company overview; could be included as part of About the role? Not sure. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include company overview as a paragraph maybe under About the role? But About the role heading is for role summary; we could include company overview as a separate paragraph before the heading? The instruction says output only HTML fragment; we can include any content we want as long as we follow rules. Probably best to include a brief intro about company as a paragraph before headings, but not as a heading. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". They didn't forbid other headings, but we should stick to those. We could include a

with company overview before the headings. We must preserve all substantive information: includes company description, footprint, philosophy, position summary, responsibilities, required qualifications, work location, benefits. Also mention "Reports To: VP Sourcing". Also mention work locations list. Also mention remote US. Also mention "Must be fluent in English...". Also mention "US work authorization is a precondition...". Also mention background check etc. That's part of Required Qualifications? Could be included there. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we won't add heading for job title. We must not include boilerplate like EEO/equal-opportunity etc. So we remove that paragraph. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About PROENERGY ... (company overview)

    About the role

Position Summary: The Global Commodity Manager – Hot Gas Path & Combustion leads the sourcing strategy for critical turbine components, including castings, combustion components, post-cast machining, and fuel nozzles. This role is accountable for delivering excellence across Quality, Delivery, and Cost, enabled through the development and management of a global supplier network—building new partnerships while strengthening existing ones—ensuring successful NPI execution and a resilient, high-performing supply base. The role embodies PROENERGY’s commitment to "Do the Right Thing" by driving integrity, accountability, and trust across all supplier engagements. Reports To: VP Sourcing. Work Location: 300 Executive Center Dr, Suite 101, Greenville SC, 29615; 6401 North Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041; 11141 Overbrook Rd #202, Leawood, KS 66211; 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301 or Remote United States.

    Responsibilities

    • Supplier Relationship Management: Build, scale, and maintain a global network of strategic suppliers; serve as the executive interface with key supplier partners, driving alignment to PROENERGY priorities; establish strong partnerships that enable performance across Quality, Delivery, and Cost; lead supplier governance, segmentation, and performance reviews; identify and onboard new suppliers to support growth, NPI, and risk mitigation.
    • Quality: Drive a zero-defect mindset across suppliers supporting critical turbine components; partner closely with SDQE, who lead supplier qualification, validation, and QMS execution; enable SDQE performance by leveraging strong supplier relationships to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and accountability; serve as the escalation point for supplier quality issues, driving rapid resolution through influence and commercial leverage; support NPI readiness by ensuring supplier engagement and commitment to robust APQP/PPAP/FAI execution.
    • Delivery & Supply Assurance: Ensure on-time delivery and supply continuity; partner with Commodity Buyers, who manage daily execution; enable Buyer success by driving supplier capacity alignment and responsiveness; serve as the escalation point for delivery risks, resolving disruptions quickly while upholding commitments to customers; mitigate risks related to fabrication complexity, machining lead times, large structure handling constraints, and single-source dependencies; drive and support NPI ramp-up to meet business objectives.
    • Cost & Commercial Management: Deliver cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier productivity; lead negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements with integrity and transparency; optimize total cost of ownership while protecting quality and delivery; leverage supplier partnerships to drive cost competitiveness and value engineering.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • 7+ years in global sourcing or commodity management.
    • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience within the defined commodities within the respective job description.
    • Must have previous experience within the Turbine Engine industry (either Power Generation or Aerospace).
    • Strong experience in fabricated structures, machining, mechanical systems, or bearings.
    • Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain constraints for structural components.
    • Proven leadership in supplier performance, NPI, and strategic negotiations.
    • Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
    • US work authorization is a precondition of employment; the company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
    • Candidate must also pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check and pre-employment drug screen.

    Benefits

We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/Disability Insurance at minimal cost to the employee, 10 paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K plan.

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO paragraph. Also removed "Our Philosophy" maybe we incorporated benefits from that. The philosophy also includes "We take care of our people and strive to make a positive difference for the world." That's substantive but maybe we can include as a paragraph under About the role or separate? Could add a

under About the role after position summary? But we already have a paragraph for About the role; we could add another paragraph after that about philosophy. However we must not invent headings. We can add a

after the About the role paragraph before Responsibilities. That would preserve the philosophy content. Let's do that. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first position summary, second philosophy. We must ensure we don't duplicate content. The philosophy includes: "We take care of our people and strive to make a positive difference for the world. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/Disability Insurance at minimal cost to the employee, 10 paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K plan." But we already have benefits section with that. To avoid duplication, we could keep philosophy sentence about taking care of people and making a positive difference, and keep benefits separate. So we can split: philosophy first sentence, benefits separate. Thus About the role paragraph: position summary. Then another

for philosophy: "We take care of our people and strive to make a positive difference for the world." Then Benefits section as above. Check duplication: we must not repeat the benefits sentence in both philosophy and benefits. We'll keep only the first sentence in philosophy. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "If you are looking for a rewarding career and possess specialized knowledge and quality-oriented problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply today." That's a call to action; should be removed as per instruction: remove application instructions. So drop that. Also remove "Our Footprint" description? That's substantive about company; we could include as a paragraph before About the role maybe as company overview. It's substantive. Let's include a

with company overview (About PROENERGY, Our Footprint, Our Philosophy maybe partially). But we already used philosophy partially. We could include company overview as a separate

    before headings. Thus final HTML:
