What You Will Do
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of sales tools, including Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms
- Perform regular data audits, identify inconsistencies, and execute data clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing to validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance and key business metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Continuously expand knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools to support evolving operational needs
- Afford additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What You Will Need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute within a team setting
- Eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or data visualization tools (plus)
