For our client, we are seeking a Global Clinical Marketing Manager Patient Care Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $122,400 – $183,600 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the global clinical marketing strategy for clinical audiences Lead the clinical solution approach to highlight the PCS portfolio's integrated value Balance thought leadership and solution-specific marketing to drive adoption Define success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness for business optimization Partner cross-functionally to align strategies with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams Contribute clinical expertise to support commercialization efforts and value propositions Lead the development of clinical content and engagement initiatives including educational programs and campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinically focused marketing, healthcare marketing, or related healthcare industry experience Experience supporting clinical care environments with understanding of patient care delivery and clinician decision-making Strong understanding of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and customer needs across care settings Core understanding of clinical trial methodology and health economics; ability to interpret clinical presentations and publications Demonstrated ability to gather customer insights and translate them into impactful marketing strategies Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and manage stakeholders effectively Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and a 401(k) plan with contributions from both employees and the company Life, disability, and accident insurance Tuition reimbursement for continued education Relocation assistance for new hires Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
